I recently took my RV to this place for some maintenance, and I was thoroughly impressed. Their staff is not only professional but also friendly and approachable, which made the entire process much less daunting than I anticipated. They offered a full inspection, and the technician explained what would be checked and why it mattered. I found that incredibly helpful as a first-time RV owner. The service was efficient, taking only a couple of hours, and I was particularly impressed with the level of detail they provided in the report after the service. They highlighted areas to keep an eye on, which I hadn’t even considered. If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be the need for more clear signage outside the shop, as it was a little tricky to find initially. But that minor detail didn’t detract from the great service I received. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs!

I had an amazing experience with this RV repair place when I needed some urgent maintenance done before embarking on a family road trip. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. They took the time to listen to my concerns, which were mainly about the electrical systems and the water heater that had been acting up. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and explained what he would do in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated their transparency about pricing and timelines—no hidden fees or surprises. They completed the work ahead of schedule, and I was thrilled to find that everything worked perfectly on our trip! One thing I would suggest is perhaps more seating in the waiting area as it can get a bit crowded during peak times. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough for anyone needing RV repairs. Their customer service is top-notch, and they genuinely care about getting you back on the road safely. Definitely a five-star experience!

What a fantastic experience I had here! I brought my RV in for some much-needed repairs after a tough winter, and I was blown away by how efficiently they handled everything. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through each step of the repair process. They even pointed out some preventative measures to keep my RV in tip-top shape moving forward. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait much more pleasant. I would say my only piece of feedback would be to perhaps enhance their online presence a bit—they could really showcase their expertise better with some blog posts or videos demonstrating common fixes. However, this doesn’t take away from the excellent service! I left feeling confident that my RV was in great hands, and I can't wait to hit the road again.
